Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the krikoya website or its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the krikoya platform and close your account if one exists.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all players regardless of the device or connection method used to access krikoya, including but not limited to desktop browsers, mobile browsers on Android or iOS, and any bookmarked or home-screen shortcut access. Your continued use of the platform after any published amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

krikoya reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the krikoya homepage. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any updates.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on krikoya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. krikoya operates as a strictly 18+ platform in compliance with responsible gaming standards.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from krikoya or had an account closed due to a breach of these terms.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• The funds you use to deposit into your krikoya account are legitimately yours and do not originate from unlawful activity.

Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. krikoya may require you to submit identity verification documents at any point to confirm this information. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account on krikoya. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or across different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, krikoya reserves the right to close all but the first registered account and void any associated bonus winnings.

Account Obligations & User Conduct

As a registered player on krikoya, you accept a number of ongoing obligations that govern how you use the platform and interact with its services, other players, and the support team.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. krikoya strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not shared with any other online service. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact support@krikoya immediately.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on krikoya and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to claim promotional offers through multiple accounts or by circumventing promotional eligibility rules.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing krikoya staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Account Activity

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. krikoya will notify you via your registered email address prior to any dormancy action being applied. Players are encouraged to log in and review their account status periodically to avoid dormancy.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

krikoya processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following local payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. There are no currency conversion fees applied to transactions made through these payment channels.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on krikoya is ৳200. There is no upper limit on standard deposits, though krikoya reserves the right to apply transaction limits on a per-player or per-method basis where risk management or verification requirements dictate. Deposits are typically credited to your gaming wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. krikoya is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's infrastructure.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval during normal operating hours. Larger withdrawal amounts may be subject to enhanced verification checks before processing is completed.

krikoya reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including identity verification, source of funds evidence, or payment method confirmation — before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being held pending compliance review.

Responsible Use of Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited into your krikoya account are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. krikoya maintains anti-money laundering procedures in line with international best practice. Any suspicious transaction patterns may be flagged and reported in accordance with applicable obligations.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

krikoya offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on krikoya are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount of real-money bets that must be placed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for recreational individual players only. krikoya reserves the right to withhold or revoke any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in winnings, exploiting bonus terms through low-risk betting patterns, or claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated eligibility window. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Free bet or free spin winnings may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to wagering completion.
• krikoya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice.

Game Rules, Fairness & Disputes

All games available on krikoya — including live casino tables, slot titles, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated and supplied by certified third-party providers. Each game is governed by its own individual rules and paytable, accessible within the game interface itself. By participating in any game on krikoya, you agree to abide by those rules.

Random Number Generators & RTP

All slot games and RNG-based table games on krikoya use random number generators that are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot titles. krikoya does not modify or interfere with game outcomes — all results are generated directly by the third-party provider's certified systems.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or communications failure during a game round, krikoya will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue in accordance with the applicable game provider's malfunction policy. Void or interrupted rounds will generally result in the return of the staked amount to the player's wallet. krikoya does not accept liability for losses arising from technical failures outside of its direct control.

Disputes

If you believe a game outcome or account transaction is incorrect, you must notify krikoya support at support@krikoya within 7 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be considered. krikoya will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond with a finding within a reasonable timeframe. During an active investigation, the disputed funds may be held pending resolution.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

krikoya is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player interactions. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment — never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulty. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour review period.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or long-term exclusion from krikoya by emailing support@krikoya. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and is irrevocable for the nominated period.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the krikoya website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, page layouts, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of krikoya or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the krikoya platform for your own personal recreational use only. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform, its content, or its services for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of krikoya.

The krikoya brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary identifiers of krikoya. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

krikoya provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and a high-quality user experience, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krikoya shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming session caused by technical failure, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond krikoya's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content published on the krikoya platform.
• Actions or omissions by third-party game providers, payment processors, or network infrastructure providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit krikoya's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments, Suspension & Termination

krikoya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material in nature, krikoya will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address in advance of the changes taking effect.

Account Suspension

krikoya may suspend your account at any time — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required for compliance, investigation, or security purposes. During a suspension, access to the account and its associated funds may be restricted pending the outcome of the relevant investigation.

Account Closure by krikoya

krikoya reserves the right to permanently close any account and void associated balances where a material breach of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed, including but not limited to: identity fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, money laundering, or the provision of false documentation.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your krikoya account at any time by contacting support@krikoya. On receipt of a valid closure request, krikoya will process the closure and return any eligible real-money balance to your registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Governing Terms

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and krikoya in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
